Attach a File from Computer to an Email

To send an email you have to fill the 'To' box with a valid email address. Then fill the 'Subject' box with the subject of your mail. Then you have to write in the 'Message' box what you want to write to that person. You can leave the box blank.


In the 'To' box there will be two email address one is the person name another is the email address which is enclosed by <> bracket.
 
Then you have to click on the 'Attach' option to attach a file with your mail. Then browse option will come. Just click on it and a small window will come. If the file what you want to attach is in the window select it and press open button. If it isn't there go up and down and choose the right folder where to choose the file.

Though, it is a simple process to attach a file with an email. But there are some restrictions too. Some website has restriction to send the number of files so if you have more files you can put all in one folder. All the websites have another important restriction that they can contain 10 MB more or less in a mail attachment. Except this attach file is so easy and it make the mail effective.
