Attach a File from Computer to an Email

Wahxter - If you want to attach a file to an email first you have to make sure that the boxes of an email 'To', 'Subject' and 'Message' have to be filled. Then it can be an email. If you want to post a letter it will need a letter, a stamp and envelop, these are three apparatus that structure an e-mail. One peripheral file is enclosed in an e-mail is known as an attachment. If you attach 2 or more external files that also be called an attachment. Though, a file could be inserted into an e-mail, as a signature or background. When anyone read the message he or she can save the attachment on their personal computer.


You have to create an email account to send an email with attachment. So at first you have to open an email account. You can open an email account for free or you can pay for this. You can find many website that will provide you free email account. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN are the most popular free mail account site.
 

To send an email you have to fill the 'To' box with a valid email address. Then fill the 'Subject' box with the subject of your mail. Then you have to write in the 'Message' box what you want to write to that person. You can leave the box blank.


In the 'To' box there will be two email address one is the person name another is the email address which is enclosed by <> bracket.
 

Then you have to click on the 'Attach' option to attach a file with your mail. Then browse option will come. Just click on it and a small window will come. If the file what you want to attach is in the window select it and press open button. If it isn't there go up and down and choose the right folder where to choose the file.
 

The outline on top of states that the person's name for the picking e-mail addresses, though it is the same as the e-mail address itself. Though, it is a simple process to attach a file with an email. But there are some restrictions too. Some website has restriction to send the number of files so if you have more files you can put all in one folder. All the websites have another important restriction that they can contain 10 MB more or less in a mail attachment. Except this attach file is so easy and it make the mail effective.
